When I was a kid the Doctor Who centre was here- you entered the building through a police box so it was apparently bigger on the inside. Then you could wander round and admire the slightly perished Zygons and Sea Devils. Blackpool, April 2012.

I thought it was a fantastic looking episode, the interior scenes too with all the post-war knick knacks. Waring House looks nice, right up there with the Hallfield estate in Bayswater.
Delighted to see one of my favourite buildings featured in Doctor Who this weekend, Waring House in the Redcliffe area of Bristol. As a huge Doctor Who fan (I also worked in a Tardis for 4 years) I thought I’d take the opportunity to stick up some of my photos, drawings and fabric samples…
