Excellent mid-century signage proliferates in Naples. Superb squiggly font.
Groovy 70s hotel sign, Douglas, Isle of Man. It seems surreal today that a full fire certificate would be such a selling point but I suppose this sign must date back to the time of the Summerland amusement park disaster, when 50 people died as a result of negligent fire safety and tourists clearly needed assurances they weren’t going to be roasted in their sleep.
Loughborough. This old dears’ cut and blue rinse joint is very easy to walk right past but has an excellent sign and gate.
Cake! The Cake Company, Castle Market, Sheffield. Amazing typeface on that sign.
