Androgyne (1965), Glenn Hellmann. The primordial androgynous beings angered the gods who punished them by splitting them into male and female halves. Ever since, they have wandered the earth until they find their other halves, in this case behind the Merrion Centre in Leeds.

Merrion Centre indoor market, Leeds. Almost totally empty now, a real ghost mall type place. I’d love to look round the abandoned cinema under the mall. It closed in 1977 and is largely untouched since then.
